JumpStart ("we", "us", "our") provides a job-search platform for early-career candidates. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using JumpStart you agree to the practices described below.
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email, profile details, resume content, job preferences, application activity, and any messages you send through the product. We also automatically collect device, browser, IP address, and usage data (pages visited, features used, time spent) through cookies and similar technologies.
We may de-identify, anonymize, or aggregate the information we collect — including profile data, resume content, application outcomes, and usage signals — so that it no longer reasonably identifies you. We may use and share this anonymized or aggregated data for any purpose, including research, benchmarking, product development, training of models, marketing, and sharing with partners. Once data is anonymized, this Privacy Policy no longer restricts its use.
We may use your information — including your profile details, interests, behavior on JumpStart, and inferred attributes — to deliver, measure, and personalize advertising and marketing both inside JumpStart and on third-party platforms (such as social networks, ad networks, and email). We may share data with advertising partners, analytics providers, and measurement vendors, including through cookies, pixels, mobile identifiers, and hashed identifiers (such as a hashed email) for the purpose of ad targeting, retargeting, lookalike audience creation, and conversion measurement.
