Last updated: June 4, 2026

Welcome to JumpStart. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use JumpStart.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use JumpStart. You're responsible for the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse the service, attempt to break it, or interfere with other users.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
  • Don't use JumpStart to harass, defraud, or send unsolicited messages.
  • Don't scrape, resell, or build a competing product using our data.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as your resume, profile, and messages). You grant JumpStart a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service, including to generate features like role matches, skill gap analysis, tailored resumes, and interview prep. You also grant us the right to use de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated derivatives of your content for any purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI features

JumpStart uses AI models to generate suggestions, drafts, and feedback. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review everything before relying on it, especially for job applications, interview prep, and outreach messages.

Third-party services

JumpStart links to or integrates with third-party services (such as job boards, LinkedIn, and email providers). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we aren't responsible for them.

Termination

You can stop using JumpStart at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or to the service.

Disclaimers

JumpStart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular job, interview, or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpStart and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
